As the world becomes more complex and diverse, it may be difficult to orientate oneself towards what seems true. There are a multitude of “truths” available online and developing critical discernment has become a lifeskill. Roadmap to Reason was born from the collaborative efforts of a team of passionate educator/philosophers.
It aims to develop material that will serve as an entry point in the discovery of critical thinking as a valuable tool in journey through life.

What is Critical Thinking?

One of the shortest definitions of critical thinking is:
“the ability to improve one’s thinking through implementing self-evaluation.“
Self-evaluation is not an activity we usually undertake, yet it is
extremely important and, as seen in the definition above, it is at the
core of critical thinking.
